I fervently challenge the statement that cancer is a killer disease. Furthermore, I will demonstrate that cancer is not a disease at all. Many people who received a ‘terminal’ cancer sentence actually defied the prognosis and experienced complete remission.

George, my first kidney cancer patient was one of them. His doctors at one of the most prestigious university hospitals in Germany had just ‘given’ him three more weeks to live when he sought me out for help. According to them, his cancer was too advanced and widespread to consider having treatments of chemotherapy or radiation.

George had lost one of his kidneys to cancer one year earlier. After emerging from the operating room, his doctors gave him a ‘clean bill of health’. They used the famous ‘we got it all’ expression, which made a lot of sense to George; after all, they had removed the tumor, along with the entire kidney. Nevertheless, several months later his second kidney also started filling up with cancer, and the only ‘reasonable’ advice they had for him was to take care of his personal affairs. There needs to be a balance between the number of new cancer cells in the body and the strength of the immune system to ensure the cancer cells will never grow out of control. It is when the immune system is weak that cancer fighting ability is lost.

Alternative healing treatments for cancer gently kill cancer cells without toxic side effects while strengthening the immune system and alkalizing the body to create an environment in which cancer cannot survive. Radiation destroys prostate cancer from the inside out. To treat prostate cancer, your urologist will place tiny radioactive particles, or seeds, inside the prostate gland. We have a bizarre system in place today that says when someone is diagnosed with cancer we must subject the body to mutilating surgery, burn the body with nuclear radiation or we poison the body with chemotherapy to try and remedy the problem. All of which have life threatening side effects.

When a person is first diagnosed with a serious health problem like cancer, they are already undergoing a major health crisis so does it make sense to harm the body further in an attempt to remove these unwanted growths.

All cancers are self caused and all cancers happen for a reason and that reason is because of the way we are now living. A cancer growth is only a sign that the cells of the body didn’t stop dividing when they were supposed to and surgery, radiation and chemotherapy are not going to fix that. A wise patient will first apply some common sense to the problem, something that is seriously lacking in today’s world of mainstream treatments for cancer. Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, well-know surgeon and inventor of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, believed most health issues are due to a poorly functioning colon, hence his creation of a bran cereal to aid in colon function. Cancer of the bowel or colorectal cancer as it is commonly called is cancer that goes after the cells that are around the bowel itself. This type of cancer is really very curable if caught and treated early on. And early on treatment is the key here. If it becomes advanced, the chances of a successful remission of this cancer are smaller.

Basically what happens in bowel cancer, is that there is what is referred to as a mutation occurs. The cells which link back to genes, begin to become uncontrolled, and thus, a number of cells bunch together, forming cancer. Polyps are actually what these formations are called, and in this stage of pre-cancer, are called an adenoma in medical terms. Polyps can be removed via a colonoscopy if found in time. If not found soon enough, these formations of polyps will continue their growth on and on, until they are lodged in the colon, forming the cancer growing environment there. So this explains why a colonoscopy is good preventive care.

Once these polyps have now turned cancerous, you would begin to notice symptoms. The main thing a person will then notice is bleeding from the rectum. Continue reading ‘Bowel Cancer and the Symptoms, Causes, and Treatments’ »

Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by out of control cell growth. Lung cancer occurs when this uncontrolled cell growth begins in one or both lungs. The lungs are two large spongy organs located inside the chest cavity. Air is breathed into the trachea and moves down two tubes called bronchi, each going to a lung. Lung cancer occurs most often in adults between the ages of 40 and 70 who have smoked cigarettes for at least 20 years.

Over 1,400 Victorians are diagnosed with lung cancer every year. Only about 2% of those diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to other areas of the body are alive five years after the diagnosis, although the survival rates for lung cancers diagnosed at a very early stage are higher with approximately 49% surviving for five years or longer.
